EMC provides Tier 1 Internet connectivity from two PoPs in Europe: Raisting and London. With a geographically redundant STM-16 connecting Raisting to London, the EMC PoP in London serves to facilitate fiber interconnections to any carrier and a virtual point of presence for any carrier.
