• Guaranteed 4 hour repair of all failures that can be resolved remotely and guaranteed 8-48 hours mean time to repair for on site maintainance (available on a Global Basis).
• All EMC Field Engineers will be properly equipped with necessary test and installation equipment along with spare parts.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Unlimited corrective maintenance.
• Visa, travel and transportation for EMC Field Engineers.
• A full stock of satellite network equipment spare parts is stored at the depot that supports the region within which the customeroutstation is located.
• Yearly circuit availability according to the Availability Level.
• Bit Error Rate (BER 10-9) using C-Band capacity.
• 24/7 monitoring and help desk support Monitoring capabilities.
• EMC uses a comprehensive monitoring system that allows the tracking of the operation of every single component of the Earth Station and the network, including power input and power status, which translates into a substantial reduction in troubleshooting and restoration times.

EMC Managed MPLS Service Overview

EMC MPLS is a network-based solution that is enabled by Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). EMC MPLS service enables Customers to build an application aware, network-based Multiprotocol Label Switching virtual private network to link locations and efficiently transmit applications such as voice, ERP and video over a single connection. EMC MPLS enables us to offer a world class global network based MPLS VPN with options to add on the features that customers want, when they want them without having to migrate between different VPN services.
