EMC has proven its capacity to deliver fully managed,
end-to-end satellite solutions in countries where satellite
technology is the best communication alternative, supporting
applications such as Citrix, E-mail, Voice, Video, Internet
access and corporate software solutions such as SAP
and Oracle.
Emerging Markets Communications has its own staff and offices in Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, the Far East, Europe and America, which are fully equipped to install solutions, obtain local and regional licenses, coordinate customs operations. Additionally, EMC engineers, maintains and supports network operations, regardless of how complex or remote the location.
EMC end-to-end solutions deliver premium, seamless Service Level Agreement (SLA) capabilities to all locations, even the most complex ones. EMC end-to-end solutions are completely independent of existing local PTTs and unreliable local service providers. By bypassing all terrestrial or local infrastructures at the remote end, EMC service is delivered and maintained by its own personnel and offices.
EMC's wholly-owned teleport facilities are located in Raisting, Germany, and Redditch, England. Through these facilities, EMC can offer satellite access to 99% of areas and territories with 11 to 32 meter C, Ku, X, Ka, and L-band antennas, as well as 120,000 square feet of highly secure disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure.
