Level 3 further enhances EMC Global Network capability to efficiently access the Internet from any where at Land or Sea.

Miami, September 2009 - As part of the continuous enhancement implemented by Emerging Markets Communications Inc. for its clients using EMC premium services to access the Internet via low latency and low Jitter dedicated satellite links. EMC adds Level 3 as one of its main upstream providers, Level 3 is one of the leading Internet service provider in the market. Being directly peered with Level 3 guarantees EMC the best performance when accessing high demand content networks, such as GOOGLE, YAHOO and MICROSOFT among many others.

EMC’s teleports located in Hawaii USA, Raisting Germany and Redditch UK are also directly peered with Level 3, assuring the best performance and lowest delays when accessing the Internet from any point in the globe located within the EMC Global network.

EMC’s customers will benefit from Level 3’s redundant, scalable infrastructure, DNS resolution, Tier 1 IP backbone and high-bandwidth transport services to help deliver a high-quality web experience to users worldwide. All these features combined with the 24x7 monitoring and support service which is part of EMC’s standard Service Level Agreement.

Level 3’s IP backbone offers multiple, high-capacity PoPs in North America and Europe, as well as multiple private and public global peering options. At the same time, the design of Level 3’s redundant IP architecture offers high-performance Dedicated Internet Access services that can support multiple, mission-critical traffic types concurrently, without fear of bandwidth starvation or service loss.
